For quite a while we have had a dream to live in a yurt and we can now truthfully say that Australian Roundhouses have allowed our dream to become a reality. In late 2018 and early 2019 we started discussions with Australian Roundhouses about the possible construction of 2 yurts joined by a hallway. We needed to have the yurts built to occupancy stage, which was something Australian Roundhouses had not done previously, but when it appeared that our proposal was feasible we took the plunge, bought some land and engaged Australian Roundhouses to do the build. During the early planning and discussions, the Australian Roundhouse people arranged for subcontractors to provide quotes for the electrical, plumbing, plastering, painting and kitchen joinery. We sourced the bathroom and kitchen tiles and tiler. We are extremely satisfied with the outcome – the standard of construction and fitout was, in our view, fantastic. Our interactions with Bob, Rob, Cherrie, Megan, Gary, Phil and Eric, from Australian Roundhouses, as well as the various subcontractors during the construction phase, were always very friendly and professional. Nothing was a bother. Well done everybody.
We have the perfect Roundhouse studio thanks to the team at Australian Roundhouses. From the planning stage, through to the construction, nothing was too much trouble and solutions were found to cater for our needs. Rob, Bob, and the whole building team, were co-operative, friendly and did an outstanding job. Cherrie, and the office staff, guided us through all the required planning needs in a helpful and professional manner. Overall, the whole experience gave us confidence with the build and we found it a pleasure to work with the Australian Roundhouses team.
