Australian Roundhouses™ kit components are prefabricated in easy to assemble sections ready for construction by your selected Licensed Builder or as owner builder. The manufacture of your Roundhouse Kit components to National Construction Code Standards is guaranteed and applicable declarations for framing, glazing and thermal efficiency (where applicable) are provided with all kit purchases.
CONTRACT OUR TEAM TO ASSEMBLE KIT COMPONENTS (NSW Only)
The Australian Roundhouses™ team is available to assist with the construction of kit components on site by subcontracting to your Licensed Builder. This option has proven to be extremely popular as you have the expertise of the Australian Roundhouses™ team during the kit construction process and the benefit of a local Builder in your area who has his own network of local tradespeople to complete the project to occupancy.
CONTRACT AN AUSTRALIAN ROUNDHOUSES CONSULTANT
Depending on your location and/ or Builder involvement, you may choose to engage an Australian Roundhouses™ construction consultant to provide technical advice and assistance on site at critical stages of the project. Our Building team will discuss the construction process with your nominated Builder and tailor a contract to suit the project needs.
FULL CONSTRUCTION
Australian Roundhouses™ is licensed to construct Roundhouse projects through to occupancy in NSW. For construction projects outside 150km from Goulburn NSW, we recommend the engagement of a Licensed Builder to project manage the construction phase as well as contracting our team to either consult and/or assemble kit components. This option enables the Licensed Builder to focus on managing local tradespeople to complete final works i.e. Electrical, plumbing, tiling, kitchen and bathroom fit-out, internal cabinetry and painting, connection to services etc. For construction in other States and Territories of Australia, it is mandatory that you engage a Licensed Builder or obtain Owner Builder approval.
